Returns

Sieyah accepts International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. To return your product, please contact us at info@sieyah.com


Life time replaceable policy: First time in Pakistan we provide lifetime replaceable service. Customer can replace this product in case of change of mind or any other sort.

Note: For any kind of replacement customer have to bear delivery and return expenses.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All products purchased from Sieyah can be exchange within 7 days of purchase only if 

 
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective. 
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product. 
The item(s) is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased. 

 

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to WhatsApp (03261993362), in case you want to raise a dispute. 

 

At Sieyah we check every product before shipping it to our customers. 
We recommend our customers to make a video while opening the package so that evidence is available while making a claim.  
If a product is defected/faulty/damaged you will be required to send us photographic or video evidence at our WhatsApp or other social media. 


If your exchange is accepted, you can return it to us at no extra cost and your new product will be shipped to you on same day at no extra cost. 

In case of return, if accepted we will refund your total order amount on same day by Bank Transfer or Easy Paisa. 

 

 

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following: 
 
Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame. 
The product is damaged because of use. 
The product has tampered. 
Anything is missing from the package including tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
